How do your initial cleanups (IC's) and one time cleanups work?Initial cleanups are charged $40 for the first 30 minutes and $10 for each 15 minute increment afterward. Payment is due when services are completed. A small fuel and travel surcharge is added for areas outside of Bozeman.
Do you require your customers to sign a contract for your maintenance service? No contracts. This is supposed to be easy.
How do you bill your maintenance customers? Customers are invoiced around the first of every month for the previous month.Basically you are paying for work completed.
What if I go out of town? You are responsible for letting Pooperman know you are going out of town. We would be more than happy to not charge you for weeks you are out of town. Just let us know.
Do you offer any discounts? Of course. Senior citizens get 10% off, shelter dogs get 10% off their first 3 months of service, and 25% off of 1 month of service for referrals.
What do you do with the poop? Pooperman bags the poop in trash bags, and hauls it away from your home! You don't ever have to worry about the poo again! We are currently looking into proper composting techniques. We strive to be as sustainable and green as possible.
Is Pooperman properly licensed and insured? You bet! Pooperman is licensed with the city and state. We are also insured by the Pet Sitters Association of America.
Is this service for real? Absolutely! Pooper-scoopers are in high demand, and with working class families, there is just no time do it, or scooping their dogs poo is the last thing someone wants to doo!Remember,scooping your dog's poo is the least desirable chore of pet ownership,and it is not recommended that children scoop poop either.
Do you clean and sanitize your equipment ? Most definitely! We clean our equipment with bleach water after every scooping. Bleach is the only thing I use that will kill Parvo.
